Reblog if you think no-one should ever be made to feel ashamed of their body, fat or thin.

perfectionskinny:

I’m sick of seeing all this “anti-thinspo” on tumblr, not because I support eating disorders but because I support a ladys right to be thin if they want to.

It’s unfair that girls who want nothing but to be happy with their body get accused of having ‘low self esteem’ or an eating disorder because they may have body image issues. SO WHAT, first of all, it’s no ones place to judge someone elses body! Second, it shouldn’t be acceptable to hate on someone because of the size or shape of their body, or because of the size or shape they desire. So what if it’s not what’s ‘in’ to be rail thin, because once again society has warped everyone’s image of being thin into always being ‘anorexic’ and abnormal.

I don’t support anorexia, bulimia, eating disorders, low self esteem, but I am completely disgusted when I see people on the internet trying to make others feel ashamed for having goals and assuming that they have confidence issues because they’re trying to do something positive for themselves and for their own peace of mind.

I may want to be thin, but I want everyone to feel beautiful, and follow what their heart desires, no matter how many people try and discourage them, and if you do find that you have a problem, or an eating disorder, welcome to what I call life, where you never know what you’re going to experience until you’ve lived.
